M.C.Shanthi, the Managing Partner of the firm with more than 40 years of experience in Assurance and Consulting was a member of the Board of ISACA – Chennai for 8 years. He was also the President of ISACA in the year 2004-05. As a certified Systems Auditor, he has an in depth knowledge of Controls testing prescribed under COSO. His vision and dynamic approach has taken the firm’s practice to unparalleled heights.

S.V.Mathangi Managing Partner

S.V.Mathangi is a Valuation expert and specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence and Business Process Reengineering. A rank holder in CA, her academic interests coupled with her business acumen and administrative skills are well recognized by the Industry leaders. She is a Certified Valuer from ICAI. She is well known in the industry for her people management skills and her unique approach to work.
